FutureMap is the expert in the college-to-career journey. We provide curriculum, tools, and best practices for nonprofits, universities, and companies that seek to provide career development and coaching for early career talent. Our content is rooted in our experience working with over 2000 first-gen, low-income, and BIPOC students.

1. First-Gen-First Curriculum
We have a workshop catalogue of over 30 professional development and career workshops. Our student-facing series include Job Readiness, Thriving at Work, On-the-Job Skills, and Adulting.
2. College Access Community of Practice
We provide professional development and community for individuals responsible for college-to-career programs. We do symposiums and seminars, trainings, case studies, and best practice sharing.
3. Alumni Platform
We provide a simple, white-labeled hub for alumni directories, job boards, and employer partnership management. The platform integrates with any CRM.
For Employers

We reach students from organizations all over the US. Companies like Box, Salesforce, and SThree have sponsored workshops, joined us as co-presenters, and offered informational interviews.
2. Managing Gen Z Trainings
It’s not enough just to hire diverse talent; they have to perform and develop a sense of belonging too! As experts in workforce development, we’ve heard from both supervisors of new Gen Z hires & the new hires themselves that our cohort experience helps both stakeholders develop skills, empathy, and toolkits to ensure new hires integrate into the workforce.
